Latest Wireless Heartrate/ Speed/ Cadence from Cateye
Cateye has just launched a new model in the Wireless series.
Previously Cateye offered 2 Double Wireless models. One had Speed/cadence and the other Speed/HR.
This new TR300 model has Speed/Cadence/Heartrate. All you ever wanted in the one unit only.
The method of data transfer is now 2.4Ghz, which has similar advantages as Broadband Internet. It also eliminates the interference from other wireless sources around us.
The screen layout is clear and easy to change to suit your use. There are multiple options for either lower or middle/top displays, which are very user-friendly to choose from
The pickup is similar design to the one of the Strada Wireless, but with the added sensor to allow for Speed + Cadence to be picked up in one location.
The receiver in the back of the head is only as large as a 2032 battery, so no big lumps hanging down from the head unit. The head fits on any stem or bar part, because of the FlexFit bracket, same as the Strada models.
The HR chest belt has become smaller and more rounded. The battery is still replaceable by the end user for easy maintenance.
Lap display memory
The computer has a 99-lap recording for HR, Time, Distance, Average Speed and Max Speed. This record is recorded as a file and you can store a maximum of 14 files.
